People engaged in any profession have a learning and exercise process. The correct learning and exercise methods can not only learn faster, but also pay less. When I write this series of articles, it is a process of learning and summarizing. Frankly speaking, I am still young and have no rich management skills and experience, but I have an advantage, that is to say, I am good at observation and learning. This gives me a little bit of theoretical knowledge. If I want to practice it and have good results, I still need to work hard.

This is a well-known principle. The highest realm of Chinese-style management philosophy is to become a leader in a certain field, it must begin with internal cultivation and improvement. An excellent manager should be a combination of knowledge, knowledge, and courage. Modern Enterprise systems are sound, talents are working, and competition is fierce. As a result, managers are increasingly demanding, we not only need to have rich professional knowledge and management experience, but also have the atmosphere to take charge of the world, swallowed up thousands of miles. Even so, in our work, both personal qualities and management capabilities have various shortcomings. In many cases, it is difficult for us to satisfy all people, let me use myself as an example. I have some key shortcomings:

(1) the knowledge structure is still dominated by things in the professional field (the computer industry). At present, it is unable to broaden its horizons and expand to more general fields. Therefore, what we talk to customers or employees, most of them are also IT, software and hardware, and so on, which involve a small and narrow scope;

(2) the work style remains at the level of individual efforts, rather than relying on the strength of the TEAM to achieve the work goal. Although our company also has many departments or working groups, everyone is also working together, but in these teams, I always feel that one or two of them have outstanding abilities and rely on them to lead everyone to complete their work, this is quite different from the true team;

(3) My vision and focus are still focused on some work that I am interested in, but it is not completely changed to management work. In fact, it is difficult for domestic enterprises to do this, we do not have pure management, and any management work starts from actual work tasks. For this, I have been very conflicting and cannot understand it yet;

(4) its role remains in the technical and professional fields and is proud of it, but has not changed to the identity of managers;

(5) as an example, you cannot control your emotions;

The above are some of my reflections. It feels great after writing, as if I am looking at myself naked. This requires courage. In fact, sometimes I realize that deficiency is also a kind of motivation, it will let us strive to improve and improve, and strive to accept the impact of multi-dimensional ideas, and constantly broaden our horizons.

The last section mainly describes how managers must be aware of their own shortcomings and work hard to learn about neighborhood. I have always been very pleased with Comrade Pei Deng Xiaoping. He stressed that practice is the only criterion for testing truth. His great theory has changed China's new face, from now on, China is heading for a new page and becoming prosperous and prosperous! Management is a real thing. It is neither an art nor a science, but a practice. It focuses on management results rather than systems and norms, it is an important driving force for people to become mature and successful, to develop their horizons and insights, to cultivate their ability to analyze and solve problems, and to constantly correct various misunderstandings and opinions, our experience and wisdom come from our own experiences and practices. If we stick to it, it will only be counterproductive. Therefore, the success of any enterprise cannot provide off-the-shelf and feasible practical experience for ourselves, managers should be able to have a profound insight into the path they have taken and the specific circumstances in which the enterprise will face the environment, and develop effective management policies and measures based on these.

The last point of practice is learning. It is an exaggeration to learn from the past, but at least it shows the importance and long-term nature of learning. We should not only learn from books, but also learn from others. At the beginning of a manager's management, or just coming to a new working environment, it is a shortcut to learn from an example to Improve the Ability and level of a manager, to learn about his style and manners, how he leads his subordinates, how to deal with interpersonal relationships, how to use time, how to face pressure, how to enrich himself, and so on, we must never be brilliant, what's more, we cannot regard it as a shameful thing. Only by continuing to learn can we make ourselves grow continuously, and enterprises develop healthily and steadily.

No matter whether we work or live, we will always have different goals. How to set goals and maintain a balance among them without being distorted is a very brilliant learning, if the goal is too single, the pursuit is too crazy, and the life will lose the balance, it will lead to the initial pursuit of the goal is difficult to achieve. In this information age of competitive advantage, we have heard too many radical words, such as "10 million goals to be achieved this year" and "we want to go public within three years, this excessive emphasis on goals often results in a negative impact on action and efficiency. Therefore, we cannot set too many goals, or excessively pursue speed in the pursuit of goals, instead, we should calmly set reasonable and balanced goals.
