Problem Description: When trying to save or open a command to save or to make a MindManager file, the error occurs and closes.
Problem analysis: Windows display theme cannot display the MindManager client's Save Open dialog window.
Workaround: Change the Windows display settings to standard mode, such as Windows Classic.
Windows Vista:
1. Right-click on the desktop and choose Personalization.
2. In the Theme Settings dialog box, select Standard mode in the theme menu such as Windows Classic, Windows Vista, or Windows Aero.
Windows XP:
1. Right-click on the desktop and select Properties.
2. In the topic bar, select the standard mode in the theme Drop-down menu, such as Windows Classic, Windows Vista, or Windows Aero.
