What is guaranteed to find a job and what is guaranteed to be paid. Some enterprises, in fact, sign a disguised commercial loan contract with you for free, and finally have to bear the pressure on themselves. There is no free lunch in this world. Don't trust others' promises and rely on yourself in everything.


(3) In general, the training time is short and concentrated. To complete all the courses within a few days or weeks, the training institution must delete a large amount of content. Compared with the Principles and basics, they are willing to spend more time on tools and templates. As long as they follow a certain process and arrange them according to certain methods, you can make things. However, you don't need to know why the software is developed and the process is designed. You just need to make it. On the surface, students from training institutions have a strong hands-on ability, but often have insufficient stamina. If you want them to go further, you still need to spend more time to supplement the basic knowledge.


(4) Some training institutions have long-term cooperation with enterprises. There are many training organizations in this area in science and technology development zones, especially in Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, and Shenzhen. On the surface, the teachers trained by these institutions are professors and scholars. However, apart from some empty theories and unrealistic verbal complaints, the rest is just a bunch of ppt files. Of course, agile theory, object-oriented programming, and many training courses will take a good coat. But what are the training results and what do you get from them, I am afraid that only your own heart will tell you.


(5) A lot of training is actually about class and PPT. If there is plenty of time, I will write a piece of code for you on the site. However, many of my friends have listened to the course and read the book, but the actual effect is minimal. The main reason is lack of contact and practice. Engineering, especially computer science, requires a line of code for debugging and practice. others' experiences and methods are good for others. Only when they practice and make mistakes constantly, in order to truly learn and integrate the knowledge.


(6) Training is never cheap. There are thousands of short-term courses and tens of thousands of long-term courses. For enterprise training courses, it is a huge expense. However, we need to think deeply about the input-output ratio. I am familiar with embedded systems. Why don't I try to buy a development board on my own? Why don't I generate a tool chain on my own? Why don't I learn to use Google to solve the problem? Learning knowledge is a task for a lifetime. However, we have established our own learning methods, adjusted the appropriate mentality, and actively summarized and reflected on it. This is the wealth of our life. With such a good network, do we only think of using it for entertainment?
