As the number of students increases, the mentoring system has become a very important fortune, but nothing can be perfect. Let's talk about my views on the mentoring system:
1. The mentoring system is closely related to teachers and students. It not only guides students' learning, but also guides students' life. In this way, full-person education, full-process education, and all-round education can be better achieved, which is more conducive to improving the class for students' personality differences, teaching in accordance with their aptitude, and guiding students' thoughts, studies, and life. In this way, we will have more benefits to achieve our goal of improving the class and becoming a talented person. Therefore, the mentoring system is a very good system.
2. The mentoring system for higher education is quite different. Students, both teachers and students, have played various roles. As a student, we can learn a lot from the masters of the previous period, especially in terms of knowledge. Of course, it is also very important to enhance mutual feelings during the period, in addition, we can learn a lot from our superiors (teachers), deal with each other, and deal with the relationship between them. As teachers, exercise is more about how to express your thoughts, how to lead a good team, how to make other members of your team better, and so on. It is more about macro control, and team lead capabilities. Here, teachers are like team leaders, department managers, and CEOs, so I think the teacher gains more.
Of course, I have been implementing the mentoring system for a while. I also want to talk about some problems that arise during the implementation of the mentoring system.

2. Of course, what I want to talk about is from the teacher's perspective. First, the success of this system depends largely on the teacher's attitudes and practices. Teachers play an important role in this system.

As a teacher, we should try our best to improve our own quality in all aspects, although saying "Blue is better than blue ", but I think it is best not to say this in the perspective of our teachers who raise the class system (of course, it is only limited to the learning stage ). As teachers, we need to take this as the stress. A better thing is that we are motivated to improve our quality not only in terms of learning, but also in terms of human affairs, or how can we do a good job as a teacher, how can we bring our students together?
2. What I want to talk about is that it seems that such a well-defined mentoring system has a certain limit. I think this is better. For example, we can take a group of five people and lead 10 people. During this period, the corresponding students of the mentor should rotate, and the mentor should have "CEO ", (Take Turns Of course) responsible for the normal operation of this small team. In this way, the students can learn the advantages of five teachers, and the instructors can take more responsibilities and lead a larger team. Of course, we can compete and cooperate with these teams. They both stimulate and influence each other.
All in all, I think the mentoring system is a very good teaching method. As long as we implement it well, we can reap great benefits. However, I think it is not easy to implement it well. If such a problem occurs during the implementation process, we need to constantly correct and improve it so that it tends to be a team and tends to be a company. Therefore, the mentoring system needs to be constantly reformed and improved. When it can exert its biggest advantages, we will benefit a lot.
