1. Select Tools> email rules> email on the menu ".

3. In the pop-up "Select User" window, enter your email address in the first column, and press "add. Then press the "option" next to it to replace "email contains the following users" with "email does not contain the following users", and then press "OK" to return to the "new email rule" window, at this time, the email rule is changed to "if the 'recipient 'line does not contain ......" Your email address.

4. In "select rule operation", select "delete from server ".

5. Enter a name in "rule name", for example, "delete a letter not mine", and click "OK ".

OK. After this setting, you will no longer receive spam emails whose recipient is not your email address.

Email sending error recall

What should I do if the email is wrong? Although it is not a level-1 confidential document, it is always uncomfortable. I can't write any more letters, but I can't read them. This is not for you. I accidentally made a mistake! Is there no way to recall the wrong email? The answer is: yes! But the premise is that two conditions are met: the recipient started OE online; he has not moved the email to his hard disk, that is, he has not seen the letter. If you meet these two conditions, you can take the initiative.

First, click "+" in front of the file list on the left side of the OE inbox, and click "sent emails" on the right side to open the email to be recalled.

Click "recall this email" in the "Tools" menu ". There are two ways to handle this email: To recall the email, click "delete unread copy of the email"; to replace it with other emails, click Delete unread copy and replace with new mail, click OK, and then attach the new mail.

Finally, wait for the email to return. If you want to know whether the email is successfully recalled or replaced, select the "tell me whether the email is successfully recalled or failed" check box. After the selection, the inbox will list whether the email is successfully recalled. Finally, the email is recalled. Oh, it's really easy.
