Add:

PPPoE, create a PPP interface on the ATM interface so that the data goes into PPP, then the PPP goes to ATM and goes through multiple encapsulation, perhaps called Pppoeoa.

Ipoe, the data directly through the ATM, perhaps should be called Ipoeoa.

Bridge, create an ATM port so that the ATM is joined to the network, allowing the internal PC to get the extranet server assignment address.
