Two tips about Index Service (filters and exception-word lists)

Indexing Service comes with filters

LSpecified ents created by Microsoft Office applications

LInternet Mail and news documents ents

 

Filters for documents produced by other applications may be VA Ilable from the software vendors.Contact the software vendor for information about their filters.

Exception-word lists are text files named noise. xxx, where XXX is a three-letter extension that indicates the language of the list.

You can search all the noise. xxx file in your operating system.

Maybe they are located:

C: \ windows \ system32 \ Noise. CHS

C: \ Program Files \ Microsoft SQL Server \ MSSQL \ ftdata \ sqlserver \ config \ noise. CHS

Etc.

Things like 'a B c d e f g h I j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x Y Z after all ...... 'Are exception-words.

And you can define your own exception-word list as you expected.
