From his technical article, this person is a project manager for a foreign company. So I immediately sent an email to him and wanted to communicate with him to see if cooperation was possible. Frank wrote his convenient call time (Beijing time) in his email and asked me to call him. I wrote the time and phone number in the Excel format notepad.

Before recommending a candidate to a customer, I insist on seeing the candidate first. Never recommend it to customers because of time or insufficient resources. Today, this candidate is not suitable for my current position as sales director.
