Download the latest
Jetty distribution (9.x). download the latest jetty version from the following website and decompress it. Http://download.eclipse.org/jetty/stable-9/dist/
Settings adds the jetty installation directory to the environment variable. For example, add the following statement to the end of the. bashrc file.
Run the following command to make the bashrc file take effect
source ~/.bashrc
Start/stop switch to the jetty installation directory on the terminal and start or close jetty through the jetty. Sh script.
