Once once loaded wine, installation of the time did not encounter any problems, but unloaded when the problem, I nouvean video card to delete.

Installing wine on the Ubuntu command line requires only
sudo apt-get install wine
Then I restarted it, and the result was the desktop, no icons, nothing.

Finally I try to reinstall the video card, I have previously installed NVIDIA video card (http://www.cnblogs.com/tfanalysis/p/4006492.html), the card is still on my hard drive, directly into the DL directory and then run
sudo./nvidia-linux-x86-331.49.run
If the prompt does not exit the desktop, then run
Ps-a|grep LIGHTDM
and kill Lightdm.
After installing Nvidia and restarting it, the desktop appears.
