Computer appeared in title said the problem, click on the properties of my Computer pop up a dialog box said "Unable to find C:windowssystem32rundll32.exe", and then want to open some installed software program but pop up a dialog that you choose to open the way, Later found that anti-virus software also disappeared, but I was surprised to be unable to install the file!
Workaround: For EXE open way by trojan or virus modification, cannot open any executable file solution.
Scenario One: First rename the Regedit.exe to Regedit.com or REGEDIT.SCR.
Run regedit.com, locate the Hkey_classes_rootexefileshellopencommand key value, change the default value to%1%* restart, and then change the regedit.com back to Regedit.exe.
Scenario Two: Save the following content as Exefile.reg, double-click the Import registry, or run Regedit exefile.reg under pure DOS to import the registry. (Note: Leave a blank line behind REGEDIT4)

1, renamed Cmd.exe to cmd.com or CMD.SCR.
2. Running cmd.com
3, run the following two commands: Ftype exefile=%1%*assoc. exe=exefile
4, change the cmd.com back to Cmd.exe
