some ISP servers have blocked port 6881-6889 for various reasons, this prevents users from using the btsoftware to download files. We can solve this problem through the following methods.
Use BitTorrent plus! Ⅱ
click "File> attribute settings" in the program window ", in the "BitTorrent property Settings" window, check the "UPnP automatic port ing" option and change the value range in "port range" to 1-65535.
modify torrent file
Open System Resources manager, select Tools, folder options, and file type from the menu, find the torrent extension in the window, and click the Advanced button.
In the displayed window, click "edit, modify the command line parameter that starts the BT Program in the editing window: add a space at the end of this line and the "-minport" (indicating the minimum port number) and "-maxport" (the highest port number) parameters bound to the control port, such as "D: \ Program Files \ bitcomet \ bitcomet.exe "" % 1 "-- minport 7201 -- maxport 7304". Set the port number as needed. Do not set it in the original range of 6881-6889, finally, restart the btsoftware.
use proxy servers
use proxy servers this problem can be solved, however, btsoftware must support proxy functions (for example, bitcomet, even if it is not supported, it can be used together with sockscap ). In addition, it is difficult to find a stable and fast socks proxy server because of the large data traffic of BT. If the two conditions are met at the same time, it is easy to break through the block.
