Understanding of four NFC tags

-Type 1:

Based on 106 3A, it is currently exclusively supplied by innovision research and technology companies (topaztm), with 96-byte (Scalable to 2 kb) memory, with a speed of up to kbit/s and a low cost, which is widely used.

-Type 2:

It is also based on 3A and is currently exclusively supplied by Philips (Mifare ultralight). The memory is half of the class 1 tag (that is, 48 bytes, and can be extended to 2 kb ).

-Type 3:

Based on felica, this product is exclusively supplied by Sony and has a large memory size (up to 1 MB) and a high transmission rate (212 kbit/s per second and 424 kbit/s ), suitable for more complex applications.

-Type 4:

It is fully compatible with 3A/B and is produced by many manufacturers, including Philips (typical products such as Mifare desfire ). The memory size is larger (up to 32 KB) and the read speed is between 106kb and 424kb per second. It is suitable for multiple applications.
