The Office Clipboard is used to temporarily store items for pasting in office 2010, and users can determine whether the Office Clipboard is displayed or not displayed in the taskbar as needed. The steps to display the Office Clipboard in a word 2010 document are as follows:
Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window, and in the Start Ribbon, click the Show Office Clipboard task pane button in the lower-right corner of the Clipboard group, as shown in Figure 2010010901.

2nd step, in the Open Office Clipboard task pane, click the Options button at the bottom of the task pane. In the Open Options menu, select the "Show the Office Clipboard icon in the taskbar" option, as shown in Figure 2010010902.

Tip: The meaning of other items in the Office Clipboard Options menu is as follows:
Auto Display Office Clipboard: Automatically opens the Office Clipboard task pane when content is temporarily on the Office Clipboard;
L Press CTRL + C to display the Office Clipboard after two times: double-click the CTRL + C key to open the Office Clipboard task pane;
L Collect without displaying office Clipboard: The Office Clipboard task pane is not opened when content is temporarily on the Office Clipboard;
L to display the status near the taskbar when I copy: When there is new paste content, automatically pop-up prompts.
