The Office Clipboard is used for staging items in the Office2010, and users can determine whether the Office Clipboard is displayed or not displayed on the taskbar as needed. The steps to display the Office Clipboard in the Word2010 document are as follows:
Step 1th, open the Word2010 document window, and in the Start Ribbon, click the Show Office Clipboard task pane button in the lower-right corner of the Clipboard group, as shown in Figure 1.

2nd step, in the Open Office Clipboard task pane, click the Options button at the bottom of the task pane. In the Open Options menu, select the "Show the Office Clipboard icon in the taskbar" option, as shown in Figure 2.

Tip: The meaning of other items in the Office Clipboard Options menu is as follows:
Automatically show Office Clipboard: automatically opens the Office Clipboard task pane when content is temporarily on the Office Clipboard;
Press the CTRL + C key two times to display the Office Clipboard: double-click CTRL + C to open the Office Clipboard task pane;
Collect without displaying the Office Clipboard: The Office Clipboard task pane is not opened when content is temporarily on the Office Clipboard;
Display status near the taskbar when you copy: When you have new pasted content, the pop-up message automatically pops up.
