Material: a common network cable (in simple words, we usually use cables that connect laptops and routers, not twisted pair wires), two win7 system laptops, that's all.
Step 1: connect the two computers with a network cable.
Step 2: Modify the data on the two computers. Click Control Panel-view network status and task-view active network-local connection-properties-Internet Protocol Version 4. In the pop-up dialog window, make the following changes:
Modify the first notebook as follows: select -- use the following IP address, IP address 192.168.1.1 subnet mask 255.255.255.0 Default Gateway 192.168.1.2 -- use the following DNS server address, preferred DNS server address 192.168.1.3 backup DNS server 192.168.1.4 -- OK -- disable.
The second notebook makes the following changes: select -- use the following IP address, IP address 192.168.1.5 subnet mask 255.255.255.0 Default Gateway 192.168.1.6 -- use the following DNS server address, preferred DNS server address 192.168.1.7 backup DNS server 192.168.1.8 -- OK -- disable.
Step 3: make the following changes for both computers, control Panel -- View network status and tasks -- change advanced sharing settings -- enable all other settings except for the last "Disable password protection sharing" -- save changes.
Step 4: Find the folder to be shared, right-click share, select a specific user, click the triangle, and select everyone. Add and select the folder to be shared.
Step 5: Control Panel-view network status and tasks-click "multiple networks", for example (different laptops have different icons and I am displaying unknown networks) find the connected computer and copy the large file.
Disadvantages and disadvantages: because the common network cable is not a symmetric data transmission channel, you can only copy files from one computer to another when sharing folders, but not two-way copying files, it is determined by the network connection mode. (If you cannot achieve the goal, you can only switch the two ends of the network cable)
If you need to enter the user name and password when you open the computer on the network, do not enter it first. Add a simple user and set the password on that computer, then, you can enter the added username and password to avoid access permissions.
The measured transmission speed is 11 mb per second, which is much faster than that of the USB flash drive.
After the data transmission is completed, remember to change the IP address back to automatic acquisition. Otherwise, you may not be able to connect to the Internet. (I have not encountered this problem)

The following describes the problems that many people will encounter (the disk where the shared folder is located is NTFS formatted). This is also the most critical issue. When I click multiple networks in my notebook, I saw the desktop LLL-PC, after entering also saw my shared folder, but double-click him but not into, the computer said no access permissions, I thought of a lot of ways, what to close the firewall, it was useless to disable anti-virus, and I finally found it. Just press properties-edit-add-in on the local disk where the shared folder is located, and then press OK, now you have the permission to access the shared folder. You can understand that the permission for your shared folder is everyone, but the permission for the disk is not everyone, and this option is not available on the local disk. You must manually add it. Haha, enjoy the fast transmission speed. (The NTFS-formatted disk in win7 does not have the everyone permission) |
