There are two ways to upload website program files to the GoDaddy host: one is to upload files through the file manager on the GoDaddy host panel, and the other is to upload files through FTP. Using FTP to upload website files supports resumable upload, download, or upload the entire directory. Currently, there are many FTP tools on the market. FileZilla is recommended here.
FileZilla is a free and open-source FTP software with all FTP software features. It is a convenient and efficient FTP client tool. It provides controllability, a well-organized interface, and a simplified method for managing multiple sites. FileZilla has complete basic functions, including resumable data transfer, site management, time-out detection, remote file search, and file name filtering. FileZilla supports Simplified Chinese, so domestic users are free of pressure.
