I have always been a loyal fan of Google products, so my main mailbox is Gmail mailbox. This mailbox is frequently used, so there are more and more emails and the interface looks messy. As a mature product, Gmail should have the grouping and filtering functions in outlook. I carefully studied it today (my wife actually studied it, ^ _ ^) and found that the Gmail function is still very good. The following is a brief introduction. If you have a Gmail mailbox, try it.
First, filters are used to filter emails, while tags are used to group emails.
1. We need to go to "Settings" to create a filter.
2. Select a filter and create a new filter.
3. You can set conditions based on the mail you want to filter, such as setting to filter the mail sender as the abc@ef.com, then your home can fill in the abc@ef.com In the sender. Here is a tip if you want to filter all emails from ef.com. You can enter * @ ef.com. Obviously, this is a regular expression. If you are interested, you can study it. After filling in the fields, you can select "test search" to test your conditions. If no problem exists, proceed to the next step.
4. next we can see the interface for further settings. Here we should note several options (1) to create a tag for grouping, of course, you can also divide it into existing tags, (2) if you select "Skip inbox", the filtered emails will not appear in the inbox. (3) Select "another...", then the filter will immediately filter all existing emails.
Click "create filter! Check your inbox. Haha. Is it effective? If not, it is a matter of character ^_^.
