Select the copied channel layer, and then open the image > adjust > Levels command, moving the slider to make black change black, white whiter.

5, select the copy of the Blue channel layer, click the "Ctrl" button, you can pull out the constituency. If the hair you want to pull out is black enough, it will appear in the constituency. Next, go back to the layers panel, keep the selection unchanged, select the layer of the body that we originally pulled out, and then "Ctrl+j" to copy the new layer. The selection is judged, leaving the hair we want, and removing the background color.
