It's not difficult to draw a function image in Excel 2007. However, the functionality of Excel 2007 is by no means just that, with a little modification, we can use the Excel 2007 system to make interactive Excel function images, using scrollbars to study functions.
The first step: making images
Let's make a simple one-time function y=kx+b image. In Excel 2007, enter "x" in cell A1. In the A2:A4 range, type "10", "9.5", "9", select three cells, and drag the fill handle down to the A42 cell. In this way, the data from 10 to 10 can be obtained, with an interval of 0.5. Enter "Y" in cell B1, and enter "K" and "B" in C1, D1 cells respectively. Enter the formula "=a2* $C $2+ $D $" in cell B2 and return. Select B2 cell to drag its fill handle down to the B42 cell to copy the formula. In C2, D2 cells, fill in the number "2", "3", as shown in Figure 1.
Input formula
With the A1:b42 cell selected, click the small triangle under the scatter button in the Chart feature section of the Ribbon Insert tab, and then click on the scatter chart with smooth lines in the menu that opens, as shown in Figure 2. You can get the image of the function y=2x+3 in the current window, as shown in Figure 3.
Insert
function image
At this point, if we change the value of the C2 or D2 cell, the image of the function will change accordingly. However, the axes in the chart will also change, which is not in our custom. Also, the numerical change of C2 or D2 cells can be cumbersome if you only pass the input method. So, we also have to do the following two steps.
