Environment:
Windows Server 2003 sp2 virtual machine.
Attribute:
Virtual Machine 1 Name: node1 IP: 192.168.200.2 NLB: 192.168.200.5 (add this IP in node1)
Virtual Machine 2 Name: node2 IP: 192.168.200.3
Settings:
1. Open Network Properties in node1, select network load balancing, and set it as shown in (select Multicast ):

2. Open Network Properties in node2 and select network load balancing, as shown in (select Multicast ):

3. Open the network load balancing manager in the management tool of node1, right-click the network load balancing cluster, and select create cluster. Set this parameter, as shown in figure (select Multicast ):

4. On the port Rules Page of the cluster properties, set the following (the port is set by yourself ):

5. Right-click the newly created Cluster, select Add host to cluster, add the IP address of node1, and select connection. Next, for example:

6. Repeat the previous step and add node2.

7. Wait for the system job to complete. The NLB Load Balancing cluster is successfully created. For details, see:

Note:
1. if an error code is displayed during step 6, you must set ASP support in IIS to allow
2. if the VM is copied, You need to delete the NIC on one of the VMS and install the NIC again, because some network items are consistent even if the MAC address is different, so you can reinstall the NIC.
