After the computer is connected to the network, the browser can browse the Web page normally, but as soon as you use Outlook Express to send and receive messages, the network will be disconnected immediately.
Due to the normal use of the browser to browse the Web page, it is inferred that the computer's network settings or network connectivity problems. This can be caused by the possibility of the "hang up after send and receive" option in Outlook Express, which is analyzed from just using Outlook Express for disconnection.
Follow these steps to disable the automatic hang up option.
1. In Outlook Express, select tools → options to open the Options dialog box.
2. Switch to the Connection tab and uncheck "Complete send and receive hang up".
3. Click OK to close the dialog box and complete the setup. When the settings are complete, the failure disappears.
