Use Photoshop brushes and filters to create a dreamy purple radiation background

1, open Photoshop, a new 1920*1200 pixel file, resolution 72 pixels. Fill Color #1e1b24 do background.

14, duplicate the layer, set fill 50%, change the blending mode to "strong light".

15, create a new layer, the following selection brush.
