Filters you want: Clouds, shading effects, illuminating edges, mosaics
When it comes to the maze, we often associate children's puzzle games, which are most common in some newspapers or children's books. However, today we are not playing maze games, but to create a seemingly maze of color texture, it is mainly through 4 filters combined with color adjustment for production, the effect of exquisite, gorgeous color.
1. Start Photoshop CS, create a new square of white canvas, confirm the foreground color is black, background color is white, perform "filter → render → cloud" command, apply cloud filters to the image. Then do the filter → art → shading command, and in the Shading Effect dialog box, set texture to canvas, brush size to 6, and texture overlay to 16.
2. Continue with the "filter → style → illuminate edges" command, set the edge width to 5 in the Illuminated Edges dialog box, the Edge brightness is 10, the smoothness is 1, and the effect is shown in Figure 1.

3. Perform "image → adjust → hue/saturation" command, in the Hue/Saturation dialog box, check the coloring checkbox, saturation is 50, others remain the default. Then execute the filter → pixel → mosaic command to apply a mosaic filter to the beach, set cell size to 18 in the Mosaic dialog box, as shown in Figure 2.

4. Apply the "Illuminate edge" filter again to the image, set the edge width to 14 in the Illuminated Edges dialog box, edge Brightness to 10, and smoothness to 1. At this point the image has a maze effect, and finally through the implementation of "image → adjust → hue/saturation" command, the maze color adjustment finished production, the effect is shown in Figure 3.
