Use word "font hide" to make some text-printed templates

In word usage, sometimes we need to make a special template for printing, which is used to specify which text in a Word document to print and which text to print without printing.

In actual use, the part of the font that needs to be printed is often changed, so this part of the text needs to be entered manually into the document. The problem arises, the input will be because you do not know which blank cell to fill in what content, so we often have to take the sample one by one control. So how do you make the text in these Word documents appear and not print them? We can help by using the font-hiding features that Word provides.

Ways to hide Text

Select the text that you want to hide, and then click format → font → effects, tick the hidden text check box, and then click OK. Other text that you want to hide as long as you select and follow the above method (figure).

Restore text visible

When you hide text, how can you set it up to see them? The method is as follows: click tools → options → view → formatting marks, select the Hidden text check box so that we can see the characters that are hidden.
