You can generally link the first level title to Heading 1, the second level to Heading 2, and so on. This step is very important, and then we can modify the heading style for each level, such as font and font size, as needed.

Then position the cursor on the row where the header is located. and click on the Heading 1 in our style to automatically apply the multilevel list number. This is also why the second step in the previous multilevel list setting is to pay special attention to not forgetting to "link levels to Styles". Below we click on the Heading 1 in the style and it should be the same.

In the same way. We enter "Level two heading" On the next line after we return, and then select Heading 2. The following results will appear.

Let's say we want to change the title level. Position the cursor in the row where the title is located, and then select the title for the level. For example, we want to change the "level two title" to the first level, then we'll position the cursor in the two-level header line, and then select Heading 1 in the style.

Change the level down to the same setting.

Application tips:

In the settings that just changed the level. We can change the way we choose the title. There's actually another way. For a heading, if we want to switch up one level, you can press the TAB key. To create a title on the next level, press and hold the shift+tab key after carriage return.

To move a heading up the previous heading, position the cursor to the title, then use the combo key alt+shift+ ; Similarly, to move the current title down, simply press the key combination alt+shift+ you can.
