Syntax format for command line USMT:
Scanstate [[/i:<input Inf>]] [/l:<log file>] [/v:<verbosity>] [/x][/u] [f] [o] [c] <server>
Introduction to Parameters:
/i:<input inf> Specifies the rule that contains the state to which the migration is defined
INF file. Multiple INF files can be specified.
/l:<log file> Specifies the file where the error is logged
/v:<verbosity> Specifies the level of detail of the result
/x Specifies that no files or settings should be migrated
/U enable entire HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Registry Branch. The existing settings have not been overwritten.
/f Specifies that all files (except operating system files) should be transferred.
(Requires an INF file that specifies which files to transfer.)

<server> specifies where the data can be found.
if/x,/u, and/f,/u and/F are not specified, they are automatically enabled.
