Use of word bookmarks
In word, bookmarks are used for positioning. When editing or reading a long word document, you want to mark one or more of them, for later search and modification, you can insert a bookmarks here (the bookmarks are only displayed on the screen and will not be printed ).
Set bookmarks. First, select the content to be bookmarked or the location to be bookmarked. Click the "bookmarks" command in the "insert" menu. Under "bookmarkname", type or select a bookmarkname. Click Add.It is worth noting that the bookmark name must start with a letter, Which can contain numbers but cannot contain spaces. Words can be separated by underlines, such as "Sq1" or "bookmark_1.
Locate bookmarks. Click the "bookmarks" command in the "insert" menu. Under "bookmarks", click to locate the bookmarks. Click "locate. You can also click the edit and locate commands, and then select the name of the bookmarks to locate them.
Delete bookmarks. Click the "bookmarks" command in the "insert" menu. Select the name of the bookmarks to be deleted, and click "delete.
