Use Openfiler to simulate multiple paths of hosts to storage (multiple paths)
Openfiler has two network adapters, each with an IP address: 192.168.188.170 and 192.168.188.169 respectively.
The idea of simulating multipath is that the host connects to Openfiler through the above two IP addresses,
In this case, if you divide the n LUNs on the Openfiler, and the n LUNs are mapped to the host, the fdisk-l on the host side will see the LUNs on the 2*n storage.
On the Openfiler, the LUN is divided according to the requirement and mapped to rhel5.8x64bit, the operation on Openfiler is the same as that of a single NIC.
The difference lies in the operation of the host side (Rhel5.8x64bit):
Iscsiadm-m discovery-t st-p 192.168.188.170 iscsiadm-m node-t iqn.1994-05.com.redhat:f2d202fa465-p 192.168.188.1
70-l
At this point, the execution result of Fdisk-l is the LUN on n storage
The following operation is more than a single NIC: That is, more than one host to the storage link
Iscsiadm-m discovery-t st-p 192.168.188.169 iscsiadm-m node-t iqn.1994-05.com.redhat:f2d202fa465-p 192.168.188.1
69-l
At this point, Fdisk-l's execution result is a LUN on the 2*n storage
