When you're in class or out preaching, you often need to show the app on the projector, or even record the screen (which seems to be more needed for a game demo). have been looking for ways to use the most is by installing a airplay Server software on your Mac, and then projecting the screen onto your computer using the Airplay feature of iOS. But since Apple does not provide such capabilities directly on the MAC, it can only download software such as AirServer. They are generally not cheap, and the stability is not too good. But starting with Mac OS X 10.10, you don't have to worry about it. Yosemite's QuickTime (right, that player) provides a recording camera, screen recording, and an iphone or ipad screen recording that we'll be introducing.
I. Pre-conditions
System: Mac OS X 10.10, IOS 8. Hardware: Connect your Mac and iOS devices using a data cable.
Second, step
1. Connect your computer and iOS device using a USB cable.
2. Open QuickTime.
3. File > new movie recoding(Chinese version for files > new movie recording ).
4. Click the drop-down menu next to the Record button to choose from Iphone/ipad as the data source, as well as the picture quality. The screen for your iOS device will appear on your computer.
5. For privacy reasons, the projected screen time is 9:41 AM and the battery charge is 100%.
6. QuickTime automatically recognizes that the screen is rotated.
7. Stop recording and save the video.
Third, additional uses
If the camera on the phone is turned on, you can also display the content on the screen, a bit like the function of an external camera.
