The configuration process is very painful. It must be compatible and easy to use. so, you can package and download the configured files and directly put them under the Data Directory of SublimeText. How can you find the data directory of SublimeText? Menu:Prefernes -> Browse Packages, MAC in the software name menu. Point to the software data root directory and replace it. This is suitable for mac and win systems. For example, win8:C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 3\Below.
