"1531324800": This is the start timestamp, you can use the online tool to convert the time, address: https://tool.lu/timestamp/

"$p": can be understood as the last article
/data/log/mosquitto/mosquitto.log: The directory where the log files are located
">> Log.log": Writes a file to a new file, named Log.log
