1. New Tool bar
Open Word, click tools → customize, pop the Customize window, and select the Toolbars tab. Click on the "New" button, pop-up "New Toolbar" window, in the "toolbar name" in the "Grade data" and then click the "OK" button. Word will now automatically enable the Grade Data toolbar, which you can see in the editing area.
2. Add first Level classification
Click the Commands tab in Customize, select New menu in the Categories column, and then select New menu in the Command window on the right, drag it to the Grade Data toolbar (Figure 1), and drag it three times to represent three grades. The number of new menus to be dragged depends on the number of grades in each school.
3. Rename the new menu
When you open the Customize window, right-click the first "new menu" in "Grade material" and enter "Grade One" in "Name" (Figure 2). Then, according to the above method, the other two "new menu" are named "second Grade" and "junior Grade" respectively.
4. Add Second level classification
Also, when the custom window is open, clicking Grade year shows the reservation area, and the new menu under the Command window is dragged to the reservation area. If there are three classes in the first grade, then drag into three "new menu", then the "new menu" in turn renamed "the First (1)", "The first Grade (2)" ... After renaming the effect as shown in Figure 3.
5. Classify information into class
After the above setup, we can classify the data of each class to manage. Here to the first grade (1) class roster file (the document should be edited in advance) classified to the "first (1)" "roster" under the example.
Select Insert in the custom window's categories, locate the file item in the command on the right, drag it into the reservation area of the "1", and right-click the "file" that you just dragged, and name it "roster." Then right click on the "roster", select "Assign Hyperlinks" and click "Open", to locate the "roster" file.
Now click on "Roster" to open the "roster" file (Figure 4). Other file links are set up in the same way.
In this way, we can create a classification toolbar, through this has been divided into a class of toolbars, we can easily classify the management of various departments of the school, class data, find it more convenient than before, rather than in a number of folders to find one by one.
