What is called conditional formatting? As the name suggests, the conditional format is that when a cell's numeric value satisfies a specific condition, the system dynamically assigns the cell to the user-specified format.
When using the WPS table, the conditional formatting feature is used reasonably, which will increase the efficiency of the work.
Dynamic show Highest score
Figure 1 shows the user a final exam results sheet, if the class teacher would like to know the scores and scores of the highest score, through the conditional format can be easily implemented, the specific settings are as follows:

Step 1 First locate the B2 cell, drag the mouse to select the B2:g11 area;
Step 2 Select the Format | conditional Format menu item, and in the pop-up dialog box, select the Drop-down menu for Condition 1 (1) as "formula" and enter the following formula.
Conditional format formula is: =b2=max (b$2:b$11)
Formula resolution: First use the Max function to get the maximum value, but you must note the parameters of the Max function: b$2:b$11 must use a mixed reference, that is, a column relative reference and a row absolute reference. When applying conditional formatting, the system automatically compares the highest points in B2:b11, D2:d11, g2:g11 and other areas.
Step 3 Click the Format button to open the Format Cells dialog box, set 1 decimal places on the Value tab, and set the font format on the Font tab, such as: Font color is red, style is bold. The conditional formatting results are shown in Figure 2:

Step 4 Click OK to save the settings, and the final format will display the effect as shown in Figure 3.
