Use WPS form to make examination table sign

The annual exam, the college entrance examination is fleeting, and the admissions examiners should be busy again. In accordance with the relevant requirements, in the implementation of the examination process, each examination room in the upper right corner of each desk should be affixed to a table, marking the examinee's ticket number, so that students accurately find their seats. It is understood that the general test sites are thousands of people of the scale, if rely on hand-made table signing, both time-consuming and error-prone. If you use the WPS form to do this, things will be much easier.
Here are some specific practices.
I. Set the size of the paper.
Open the WPS table, and in the page setup, set the values for up and down margins and the header footer to 0, and then select columns A through C in the table. Set the column width to 182.25 points, select the line Heading 1 through 10, and set the row height to 75 points so that a A4 sheet of paper can print just 30 tables (because only 30 can be arranged for an examination room).
Next, we select the A1 to C10 area, click menu "Format"-"cell", open the Cell Formatting dialog box, select the dashed line in the line item under its Borders tab, click Internal for the preset item, and then decide to exit and set the table to a dashed line. is for easy cropping (figure I).
Finally, we set the alignment of column A to left, column B is centered, column C is set to right, table horizontal vertical alignment is centered, and the font size is set to 26.

Second, set the formula in the table

In A2 cell enter =a1+1, copy the formula down to the A10 cell, enter =a1+10 in the B1 cell, enter C1 in the =b1+10 cell, select B1:c1, and then copy down to C10.

Third, the printing table sign

If the exam number of the first examination room is 404104001 to 404104030, we only need to enter 404104001 in the A1, the remaining number is automatically generated, click to print to complete a table in the examination of the production (see figure II).
