The steps for using AutoText in Word2003 are described below:
Step 1th, open the Word2003 window, and click the view → toolbar → AutoText menu command on the menu bar to open the AutoText toolbar. You can also use AutoText directly by clicking the Insert → AutoText menu command in the menu bar.
