The word2010/2088.html > Mail Merge Wizard is designed to help users complete mail merge of letters, e-mail messages, envelopes, labels, or catalogs in a Word2010 document, in a step-by-step manner, and therefore more suitable for ordinary users of the mail merge feature. Here's an example of creating a mail merge letter using the Mail Merge Wizard, as described in the following procedure:
Step 1th, open the Word2010 document window and switch to the mail group. Click the Start Mail Merge button in the Start Mail Merge group and select the mail merge step-by-step command in the Open menu, as shown in Figure 1.

Figure 6 The Select a Contact dialog box, step 7th, in the Open Mail Merge Recipients dialog box, you can deselect contacts as needed. If you need to merge all the recipients, click the OK button as shown in Figure 7.
Figure 7 Mail Merge Recipients dialog box step 8th, return to the Word2010 document window and click Next: Compose a letter hyperlink in the Mail Merge task pane Select Recipients Wizard page, as shown in Figure 8.
Figure 8 Click Next: Compose a letter Hyperlink step 9th, open the Compose Letter Wizard page, position the insertion point cursor at the top of the Word2010 document, and then click Hyperlinks such as Address block, greeting line, and so on as needed, and write the content of the letter as needed. After composing, click Next: Preview the letter hyperlink, as shown in Figure 9.
Figure 9 Click the Greeting Line hyperlink step 10th, you can view the contents of the letter in the Open Preview Letter Wizard page, and click the previous or Next button to preview the other contacts ' letters. Confirm that there are no errors, and then click Next: Complete the merge hyperlink, as shown in Figure 10.
Figure 10 Previewing the letter step 11th, open the Complete Merge Wizard page, where users can either click the Print hyperlink to start printing a letter or click the edit single letter hyperlink to edit individual letters, as shown in Figure 11.
