Using WPS "Multiple lines of text"

In the entry of names, place names, often encounter some GB2312 outside the range of obscure words can not be entered, such as Yuanzhao, 羴, town, although the GBK font, but only support the Arial and bold, the system with the italics, imitation and many other fonts can not be well displayed. Although the Windows operating system also provides a word-making program, it is made of words that cannot be displayed in other people's computers and are not easily communicated. Therefore, we still borrow a sledgehammer to kill chicken, let WPS guest a character-making program.

The use of WPS Word, the main use of its "multiple lines of text" function. Here with the creation of our only Empress Wu Zetian, "Yuanzhao" as an example, introduce the specific method.

First, select the multiline Text tool on the Drawing toolbar (Figure 1),

Then drag a multiline text box in the document and enter the word "Ming" in it. Select this text box, right-click the mouse, and pull up the right-click menu and choose Format Object (Figure 2)

　

In the Colors and Lines tab, set transparency to 100%, and line color to wireless stripe (Figure 3)

In the Text Box tab, all internal margins are set to 0, and the following options are set to unchecked except for the first item (Figure 4) to determine exit.

Double-click the multiline text box, select the "Ming" word, select font from the Format menu, and set the zoom item to "200%" in the Character Spacing tab (Figure 5)

OK exit. Copy this multiline text box and change the word "Ming" in the second text box to "empty", so that the two parts of the word "Yuanzhao" are ready. With the mouse to adjust the two text box to the appropriate location, with the Select Object tool on the Drawing toolbar, select (ctrl) Two text boxes, right-click, and perform a combination-group in the right-click menu (Figure 6), which completes the character merge.

In order to make good words with other words better to get along, we need to do further setup. The first step is to change its wrap mode to "inline", in this way, you can completely treat it as a "character", easily inserted anywhere in the document, and can be copied and pasted like normal characters; the second step, if you need to change the font, font size, Simply change the font and font size of two words in the combined state, then adjust the text box to fit the position and size with the mouse. It is observed that if the other text of the text is third words, then the font size of the various parts of the word set to sixth is more appropriate, that is, smaller than the other text three font size; The third step is to set the text alignment of the paragraph in the paragraph setting to center (Figure 7).
