Using WPS Text Drawing tool to draw standard graphics skillfully

In fact, in WPS if the drawing of the graphics requirements are not too professional, as long as we think more, using the WPS drawing tools in the AutoShapes, in addition to some operational skills can be drawn out.

First, basic skills

Normally, when we are drawing with WPS, generally, first click AutoShapes, and then select the shape of the graphic you want to draw, and then drag the mouse in the WPS to draw the graphics, then make the appropriate adjustments can be, but this drawing out of the graphics sometimes very non-standard (standard), which requires us to master certain skills.

Function of the SHIFT key: When you drag the mouse to draw a graphic, if you press shift at the same time on the keyboard, we can draw the standard style of the graphic. For example, to draw a positive circle, if the SHIFT key is pressed, no matter how we drag the mouse, the resulting is always a standard circle. So, when you draw a triangle, you get a positive triangle, and when you draw a square, you'll always get a square.

CTRL key: The CTRL key plays a role in drawing graphics, and when we press the CTRL key in the keyboard, no matter how we draw that graph, the graphic always takes the center point as the benchmark, and goes up, down, around, or at the same time symmetrical changes. When you use the mouse to point the adjustment handle to adjust the shape, the graphic changes in a symmetrical manner.

Shift+ctrl: When we draw a graphic, if you drag the mouse while the Shift+ctrl key is pressed, the drawing will combine the double effect of the SHIFT and CTRL keys. For example, when we press the Shift+ctrl key combination to draw a equilateral, the equilateral not only always radiate around the center point, but always keep the standard positive triangles. Other graphics and so forth.

The function of the ALT key: when we need to move the drawing, the ALT key to move the graphic can be more accurate position.

Ii. Drawing of examples

WPS's drawing function is very powerful, which basically contains all the commonly used shapes, as long as in the "AutoShape" select the appropriate graphic, and then drag the mouse to draw. Sometimes we need to draw some special graphics, WPS's drawing function is not directly provided, such as a half arc, which requires us to manually adjust, if we use the help of the shift and CTRL keys, we can quickly draw the graphics we want.

1, Half arc: in WPS if the draw round is relatively easy, and if you want to draw a semicircle, it will cost a bit of trouble. The first is to click AutoShapes in WPS--More AutoShapes, then select the "Hollow arc" in the "basic switch" of the Open AutoShape, and while the left hand presses the SHIFT key in the keyboard, drag the mouse to draw a standard hollow arc (Figure 01), Then in the hollow arc with the mouse pointing to the yellow diamond adjustment handle, drag the adjustment handle to the outer ring of the endpoint movement to merge, you can get a standard half arc (see Figure 02).

2, InCircle

First, select the "right-angled triangle" (or other shapes) in the AutoShape. While pressing the SHIFT key in the keyboard, drag the mouse to draw a right triangle, and then select "Oval" and point the mouse at the right angle of the triangle, and then drag the mouse to draw a circle in the same way, Until each edge is tangent to the circle (Figure 03).

3, with an arrow arc

Provides a line with an arrowhead in AutoShapes, what if we need to draw an arc with an arrowhead? There is a way, first in the "AutoShape" select "Arc", and in the keyboard, press the SHIFT key, drag the mouse to draw a standard arc, and then use the mouse to point to the yellow diamond adjustment handle, Use the left hand to press the CTRL key in the keyboard and drag the handle to make it the arc we need (Figure 04). And right click on the arc, select Format Object, in the Format Object dialog box open, click the Colors and Lines tab, and in the Arrow Options group, click the Start style or End style, and select the appropriate arrow in the Drop-down list (Figure 05, and then click OK).
