Using Wxpython to create a GUI program for feature screening

Now we have used Wxpython to create a GUI program that can only be used to filter out useful feature groups at this time. We know that good features are important, but useful feature groups are equally important, and this tool allows us to filter useful feature combinations more quickly, greatly saving our time and operating very simply.

The disadvantage of this tool is that it is best to filter out 10 feature velocities from dozens of features, and if the number of features increases, the speed will become slower. This tool is currently available only for filtering features and cannot be used for other operations.

In a word, there are some shortcomings, but it is a great progress for us.
