The official description is: familiar with the business in the application field, able to analyze the user's needs and constraints, write the Information System Requirement Specification, and formulate the project development plan, coordinates various personnel involved in the development and operation of information systems, guides the formulation of strategic data plans for enterprises, organizes and develops information systems, and evaluates and selects appropriate development methods and tools, system Analysis and Design documents can be compiled in accordance with standard specifications, quality control and progress control can be performed on the development process, project development can be guided in detail, and the actual working ability and business level of senior engineers can be achieved. I personally think that in addition to official definitions, system analysts also analyze the facts, find out where the problem is located, and create solutions and candidate solutions that meet the actual situation and effectively solve the problem, provide comments for the enterprise improvement process and development standards for the development team. Therefore, system analysts have very high value. If an enterprise or a team despise system analysts or their work content, the risks of Informatization failure will multiply, and it is very likely to bring huge disasters to the Enterprise.
