If the input file used does not conform to the requirements of the schema document, Biztalk Server writes an event ID 5719 error in the log. Is it possible to determine whether the input file conforms to the schema requirements based on the operation after the input file is placed in the receiving location directory? The answer is in the negative. In Visual Studio. Net 2003, you can perform schema validation on the specified file. Also, this approach can be used when BizTalk projects are not in service, not only by viewing logs, but also by saving unnecessary layout and uninstall in development.
The steps are as follows:
1. Select the schema file in Visual Studio. Net 2003 Solution Explorer, such as Test.xsd, right-click, select the Properties menu item in the pop-up menu, and open the Properties window.
2. In the General tab of the Test.xsd Property Page window, set the path to output instance filename and the path to enter instance filename, where the output instance filename is used to generate the instance action, and the input instance filename is used to validate the instance operation. Set the option to generate instance output type and validate instance input type as needed.
3. Click the OK button to close the window.
4. Select Test.xsd in Solution Explorer and right-click to select the Validate schema, build instance, and validate instance menu items as needed.
