There is no wrong direction, however, there are not many enterprises capable of putting knowledge management in place. Why? From this perspective, the information leakage of internal employees has become a major obstacle for enterprise knowledge management. In the face of internal information leakage, enterprises can take the following three measures:

I even met an IT department employee who uploaded some of the company's core product design documents to Baidu Library to test the functions of Baidu Library, later, though the document was removed in time, it was leaked. Therefore, when setting up employees' knowledge confidentiality awareness, employees should be informed of the documents that are the results of the company's knowledge and the dissemination of documents that are controlled, what are the consequences of document leakage.

2,Build a knowledge classification and confidentiality mechanism. Any knowledge is generated in a relatively closed environment, it will certainly face the issue of large-scale transfer, and the knowledge achievement also has a feature, that is, "The wider the transfer, the greater the role ". At this time, we need to establish a hierarchical mechanism for these documents, and clarify the scope of the documents to be disseminated. At the same time, all documents must be controlled by an encryption mechanism. The simplest is Ms's RMS encryption mechanism, all documents must have an Enterprise Domain account (often the mail user name and password) to open. In this way, only the original author or related personnel on the business chain will be exposed to the original document, and all other personnel will obtain the encrypted version of the document, in this way, you will not worry about internal leakage.
