Be aware, however, that if the virtual machine in Hosta has done multiple snapshot it is troublesome to choose a copy of the VDI file that you need. If you want to save a VirtualBox virtual machine that has been installed with Guestos configured, simply save the virtual media VDI file for that virtual machine.
