Host system for Win7 64-bit, due to work needs, installed VirtualBox 5.18 virtual machine, Virtaulbox installed in the Win7 32 system. Consider the following steps to enable USB 3.0:
1. Host to support USB 3.0.
2. In the host to go to VirtualBox's official website to download its expansion pack, in the Blue Circle Place, click to download.
3. In the host, double-click the downloaded extension installation package, which is the Oracle_vm_virtualbox_extension_pack-5.1.8-111374.vbox-extpack file.
4. When the VirtualBox does not turn on the system, click "Settings", "USB Devices", select "Enable USB Controller", select "USB3.0 ...",:
5. Since there is no USB 3.0 driver integrated in the Win7, my CPU is Intel, as some of the usb3.0 drivers are downloaded to the Intel official website, that is https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/21129 /usb-3-0-driver-intel-usb-3-0-extensible-host-controller-driver-for-intel-7-series-c216-chipset-family
6. Open VirtualBox and install the USB3.0 driver Intel (R) _usb_3.0_extensible_host_controller_driver just downloaded in VirtualBox.
7. In the VirtualBox select ' Device ', ' USB ' Select the U-disk (front machine tick) to connect, at which point you will find that the USB drive letter is displayed in virtual!
