Conflicting_vibs Error:vibs on the host is CONFLICTING with vibs in metadata. Remove the conflicting vibs or use Image Builder to create a custom ISO providing newer versions of the conflicting vibs.

The error message has been given the processing suggestion: Delete the conflicting vibs or create a new custom ISO reinstall with the latest version vibs.

Workaround: You do not want to download the ESXi installation CD from the Dell website, you can only manually delete the conflicting vibs files (https://kb.vmware.com/kb/2140962)

1. Connect ESXi host via SSH (putty, etc.)

You need to turn on the firewall ssh (inbound connection) and the SSH service in the startup service in the Security configuration file, configuration-------system.

2, according to upgrade error prompts to delete the conflict vibs (all conflicting vibs, there are a lot of duplicates deleted once)

Review the vibs of the conflict before deleting it.

During the upgrade process, when one of the servers (Dell R820) was successfully upgraded, it was found that the HBA card was not found (HBA card lights are not lit) and the boot process was not error-free. Contact Dell Engineer, login to host SSH, and see the HBA card via LSPCI. Preliminary judgment is the driving problem.
