VMware prompt: this virtual machine seems to be in use, an error occurred while obtaining ownership of the Virtual Machine

An abnormal shutdown occurs when the VM is running. The following error occurs on the VM:

This virtual machine seems to be in use.
If the virtual machine is in use, click "cancel" to avoid damaging it. If this virtual machine is not used, click "get ownership (& T)" to obtain its ownership.
Profile: D: \ virtual machines \ CentOS-6.3 \ CentOS-6.3.vmx

However, if you click "get ownership", an error is returned:

An error occurred while obtaining the ownership of the virtual machine.
The VM is being used by a program on your host.
Profile: D: \ virtual machines \ CentOS-6.3 \ CentOS-6.3.vmx

Later, I suddenly thought about the *. LCK folder, because I had encountered similar problems before.
(See VMware: failed to lock main memory file "Windows Server 2003. vmem ")

So one does not do two endless, directly Delete the D: \ virtual machines \ CentOS-6.3 \ under the *. LCK folder, and then re-open D: \ virtual machines \ CentOS-6.3 \ CentOS-6.3.vmx.
Oh, it's normal.
Tip: If you are afraid of problems, you can first D: \ virtual machines \ CentOS-6.3 \ under the *. LCK folder to other directories, do not directly Delete.

When the Windows Server 2003 System of the Virtual Machine VMware is enabled, the following error occurs: failed to lock main memory file "Windows Server 2003. vmem ".
Then prompt to select
Preserve, discard
Click "preserve" or "pop-up". The discard virtual machine shuts down the Windows Server 2003 system.
At the start of the startup, you cannot return to the last saved state, but the Windows Server 2003 system is starting.
A solution was found on the Internet:
First, shut down the Windows Server 2003 System in the Virtual Machine and directly turn off power.
Go to the Virtual Machine directory and delete the Windows Server 2003. vmem. LCK folder in the directory.
Then, we can get it done.
