The Final solution is this:

1. Start the installation Setup program

2. Locate the user temp directory (%localappdata%\temp) to generate a directory with the beginning of VMware.

3. Copy the folder with a VMware Start folder to the desktop or other path.

4. Run the Vmwareworkstation_x64.msi in the directory via cmd and attach the parameters eulas_agreed=1

5. The specific step in the installation process error will be prompted accordingly. I have not encountered an error and have successfully installed VMware WorkStation through the above steps.
