Getting ready: You need to install Vscode on your computer and have a GitHub account. The ability to synchronize is mainly dependent on the Vscode plug-in "Settings sync"
Setting Sync synchronizes all the extensions and full user folders that are included
1) Setup File
2) shortcut key settings file
3) Launch File
4) Snippets Folder
5) Vscode Extension settings
6) Working space
Setting Sync shortcut key:
1) Upload: Shift + Alt + U (sync:update/upload Settings)
2) Download: Shift + Alt + D (sync:download Settings)
If the shortcut key is conflicting, CTRL + K + S shortcut settings can be configured to configure additional shortcut keys or CTRL + P/F1 in the command window to enter >sync the corresponding command will appear to choose
Step1. Installing the Sync plugin "Settings sync"
Step2. Go to GitHub-Settings on the left Developer Settings, Personal access tokens
Step3. Click on the button Generate new token to add a token

Remember that you generated the token value, in the Vscode configuration back to get, it is best to find a note to save.
Step4. Back to Vscode configure token to be configured locally
(Sync:update/uplaod Settings) Shift + Alt + U Enter your token in the pop-up window and the SyncSummary.txt file will be generated when you enter
The SyncSummary.txt file stores the settings of the Vscode and the list of installed plugins
Kind of like Package.json files in this form
You can share your tokens with your team so that the team can use a set of settings together.
Step5. Set up sync download settings on
(Sync:download Settings) Shift + Alt + D Enter your gist value in the pop-up window, and you'll be able to sync successfully later.
Step6. If you want to reset the sync settings, change other tokens
CTRL+P/F1 pop-up input >sync, you can reconfigure your other tokens to sync
