WAN Miniport (Network Monitor) appears yellow exclamation mark Solution

1 Press the Windows key and R key at the same time, enter regedit, click OK to open Registry Editor. 4 modifies the "characteristics" value data in each found subkey from 29 to 9. Record the modified four-bit number project name. Restore the settings after the pending operation completes.
